RAC has an annual budget of $19 million and a workforce of approximately 230 people. Role Purpose:

Provide clinical care and support that enhances Elders wellbeing, delivering high quality care, and
maintaining an optimal level of dignity, respect, comfort, and quality of life for residents.

Employment Conditions:
  • All staff are required to sign a confidentiality agreement on appointment to the organisation
  • Probationary / qualifying periods apply to all new positions
  • All staff are required to adhere to the Code of Conduct of the Co-operative (available to view)

What do you need to apply?
• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent to work as a personal care attendant
• Clinical staff must hold a current AHPRA registration
• Experience in working in an Aboriginal organisation and/or knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal
culture and history
• Have a current National Police Check, or willing to obtain
• COVID Vaccination Certificate in accordance with the government guidelines
