Innovative Health Support for Homeless Youth
Improving the health, social and cultural wellbeing and housing outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people with early intervention and support for those who may be living in unstable or unsafe housing, experiencing family or school breakdown, feeling isolated or undertaking risky behaviour.
Support and assistance for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community in crisis or unforeseen circumstances. Advocacy to access assistance through mainstream services and in some circumstances direct limited assistance for sorry business or those fleeing a vulnerable or threatening situation.
Australian Nurse-Family Partnership Program
Supporting first-time Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander mothers reach their personal goals and grow strong, healthy families. With focus on maternal and early childhood health, we can help transform the lives of vulnerable mothers pregnant with their first child.
