Role Purpose:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Aboriginal person to join our team as a Case Support Worker in the Galnya Yarka program.
This is an entry-level role that provides an opportunity to support Aboriginal children and families subject to Children’s Court Orders. You will help address concerns related to children’s safety, spending quality time with families, recording interactions, and collaborating closely with Case Practitioners.
As a Case Support Worker, you will engage with children and families to strengthen their cultural, emotional, and practical needs. You will also provide crucial support in helping families stay connected to their culture and community. This role offers hands-on learning, training, and mentoring from experienced professionals, giving you the chance to grow while making a positive impact in the community.
